Description

When an admin form is saved, the Navigation cache is not being cleared. This probably means that the _has_changed method is misfiring... it might be worthwhile to just pull the instance and compare the fields.

_has_changed method is fine; the issue is that things which are not already in the cache don't cause it to be cleared.
