Description

It seems that migration 0009 may not correctly implement forced tree rebuilds - at least for south with MySQL. When the tree rebuild is attempted, the columns (tree_id, etc.) do not yet exist in the database. This may be related to MySQL transaction support/handling - requires more testing.

This isn't really urgent, as the number of sites running philo is fairly small. Also, I'm not entirely clear on whether south migrations are meant to be included in repositories. I think it may be meant as the responsibility of individual developers to maintain their own migration history...

Since we're planning on removing all migrations when we make an alpha release, it doesn't make sense to spend time trying to correct this.
